What Sessions Usually Focus On

My sessions begin with what feels most pressing or painful. Whether it’s relationship struggles, high-functioning anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, or stress/burnout, I meet you where you are. We’ll gently explore the root causes of emotional pain not just the symptoms and uncover the beliefs, habits, or experiences that shaped them.

I use an integrative approach tailored to you, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Depending on your needs and preferences, I may also incorporate depth psychology, somatic awareness, or hypnotherapy to support a more holistic healing process.
